Terms of Service
Reservation Policy
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For airport transfers, please provide your flight information at the time of booking. We will monitor your flight and adjust pickup times accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare amount.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and corporate accounts. Gratuity is not included in the fare and is at the discretion of the passenger. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
Liability
Elite Limousine carries full commercial insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the service.
